The Iyengar Yoga Centre of Hong Kong offers comprehensive programs for the study of Yoga. The practice is based on the methods of the yoga master Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar. Our purpose is to encourage the physical, mental, and spiritual growth of our students through the study and discipline of Iyengar Yoga.

Teachers at the centre have undergone a rigorous training and assessment process and maintain a current, vital connection with the work of B.K.S. Iyengar through continuous study and practice. As part of this ongoing study, teachers travel to India regularly to study at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune. Students benefit from the high quality of instruction and personal attention.

Our fully equipped centre is a quiet haven conveniently located in Sheung Wan, not far from the A2 exit of the Sheung Wan MTR.

In 2011, Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar visited the centre. He remarked that it was full of light — both natural light and spiritual light.
