Where do I start?

The best place to start is with an eight-lesson“Introductory Iyengar Yoga Course”.

We are also offering a 60-minute “Iyengar Yoga Orientation” to give students a taste of Iyengar Yoga. You can also join a “Level I” class where the preliminaries will be taught, though we highly recommend you attend you attend the Introductory Iyengar Yoga Course

After completing an Introductory Iyengar Yoga Course, you can either repeat the course to solidify the learning and get more practice or you can move on to a Level I class.  Level I classes practice the same poses that are taught in the Introductory Iyengar Yoga Course.

If you have already done some yoga (say 6-12 months or more), then try a Level I/II class.
