Mondays 7:30 - 9:00pm
Kitty and Lydia are in their second year of teacher training. They will be teaching in English,
but they can also explain in Cantonese if required.

The Iyengar Yoga Centre of Hong Kong
Joe Pereira is a Catholic priest and a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher from Mumbai, India. He is
well known for his work with the needy.
In the 1980s, he worked in Calcutta with Mother Theresa. He began what is now India's
largest non-governmental charitable health organization, The Kripa Foundation. Although
controversial at the time, he blended his Catholic faith with the practice of yoga and
developed a powerful healing tool that he uses to help people of all faiths and backgrounds.
