No . . . all you need is a willingness to learn something new.

Our course format allows you to learn yoga safely and methodically - from the very basic level with other students at the same level. There are two courses starting this month - one of them with instructions both English and Cantonese.

Courses are limited to 10 people to ensure you receive personal attention.

Dates: Fridays - 9, 16, 23, 30 July & Sunday - 11, 18, 25 July, 1 August
